Qué es este sitio
Este sitio describe DeCA2U, la plataforma con la que DRIVEN2U emite el documento electrónico de Control Administrativo que la Orden FOM/2861/2012 y la Resolución de 5 de junio de 2026 exigen a cada transporte de mercancías por carretera. Es un sitio informativo: no se contrata nada desde aquí, no se recogen datos en formularios y no hay área privada. El acceso de los clientes está en app.deca2u.com.
Uso del sitio
Puedes leer, imprimir y citar el contenido de este sitio. Lo que no puedes hacer es presentarlo como propio, ni usar el nombre DeCA2U, el de DRIVEN2U o sus logotipos para dar a entender una relación comercial que no existe.
Los textos legales que se citan - la Orden FOM/2861/2012, la Ley 16/1987 y la Resolución de 5 de junio de 2026 - son normas publicadas en el BOE y no nos pertenecen. Lo que sí es nuestro es cómo las explicamos aquí, y la plataforma que las cumple.
Qué no es este sitio
Nada de lo que se lee aquí es asesoramiento jurídico. Explicamos una norma que nos obliga a construir el producto de una manera concreta, y lo hacemos con el cuidado que merece, pero quien responde ante una inspección es el cargador contractual y quien debe asesorarle es su propio asesor. Ante cualquier duda, la fuente es el texto publicado en el BOE.

What this site is
This site describes DeCA2U, the platform DRIVEN2U issues the electronic administrative control document with - the one Orden FOM/2861/2012 and the Resolution of 5 June 2026 require of every road haulage movement. It is informational: nothing is bought here, no form collects anything, and there is no private area. Customers sign in at app.deca2u.com.
